气蚀和压差,当实际压差阀大于产生气蚀的临界压力差时,会产生气蚀,气蚀过程中产生泡沫破裂和大量能量释放,对阀座和阀芯损伤较大,节流部件通用阀在气蚀情况下运行不超过3个月,甚至时间较短,气蚀严重,高气门座泄漏可达额定流量的30%以上,无法弥补。因此,不同应用的电动阀门有着不同的技术要求,根据系统过程选择合理的电动调节阀是非常重要的。解决方案:工艺改进,可选用多级减压阀或套筒控制阀。
1. Corrosion of the electric valve medium leads to aging of the electric control valve and internal leakage
After adjusting the electric valve for a period of time, due to the medium of cavitation and erosion, wear of valve core and valve seat, aging of internal components, and excessive power regulation authority, the electric valve is not tightly closed, resulting in an increase in leakage. Over time, the leakage of electric valves will become increasingly severe. Solution: Adjust the actuator and conduct regular maintenance and calibration.
2. Cavitation and internal leakage caused by selection error of electric valves
Cavitation and differential pressure: when the actual differential pressure valve is greater than the critical differential pressure for cavitation, cavitation will occur. During the cavitation process, foam burst and a large amount of energy release will occur, which will cause great damage to the valve seat and valve core. The general valve of throttling components will operate for no more than 3 months under cavitation conditions, or even for a short time. The cavitation is serious. The leakage of high valve seat can reach more than 30% of the rated flow, which cannot be remedied. Therefore, different applications of electric valves have different technical requirements, and selecting a reasonable electric control valve based on the system process is very important. Solution: Process improvement, can choose multi-level pressure reducing valve or sleeve control valve.
